Terry O’Connor’s role has grown from building a Midwest sales territory to spearheading national account expansion for OCA. His primary focus is identifying and engaging national companies across key segments such as 2-Step Wholesale, Pro Dealers, Builders, and Multi-Family Developers to drive new business development.
In addition to his national outreach, Terry supports the OCA sales team by refining strategies and boosting close rates within their territories. He also advises the executive leadership on critical initiatives, including budgeting, market planning, and long-term growth strategies—playing a vital role in shaping OCA’s continued success.

Steve Lonsway

With a strong foundation in sales management, Steve Lonsway is ideally positioned to lead the OCA professional sales team while nurturing relationships with both established and emerging manufacturers and customers. His leadership centers on elevating team performance, setting and refining strategic sales goals across 1, 3, 5, and 10-year horizons, and leveraging market insights to sharpen sales strategies.
Beyond his leadership role, Steve actively manages his own territory, covering Michigan, Northwest Ohio, and Northeast Indiana—bringing hands-on expertise to every facet of OCA’s sales operations.

Jennifer Allare

Jennifer Allare began her career at OCA as an outside sales representative, gaining valuable hands-on experience that laid the groundwork for her transition into a key leadership role overseeing internal operations and marketing.
Today, Jennifer directs all facets of OCA’s operations—including finance, human resources, technology, and legal compliance. She also leads the marketing team, driving initiatives such as website development, tailored marketing materials and product presentations, national trade show planning, email and social media outreach, and strategic collaborations with promotional partners to deliver branded apparel that strengthens OCA’s presence and influence in the market

Andy Hackerson

Andy Hackerson joined OCA in 1999, bringing a strong background in millwork sales that made him an ideal addition to the team—even as the company evolved into specialty building products over the years.
Today, Andy leads our Midwest team of Regional and Territory Managers, guiding them in elevating professionalism, driving new business, and achieving sales excellence across their markets. He oversees sales budgets and forecasts, inspires the team to reach their goals, identifies areas for growth, and crafts strategic plans focused on long-term success.
Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Andy actively manages his own territory, which includes Minnesota, the Dakotas, and Northwest Iowa.

Taron Young

Taron Young brings a wealth of experience in exterior siding products, honed during his tenure at James Hardie. His deep industry knowledge and strategic insight have made him an invaluable asset to OCA.
Taron leads onboarding, sales training, and coaching for new hires—filling a critical gap in professional development. His efforts have elevated our team’s capabilities and helped strengthen the brand presence of both OCA and the manufacturers we represent.
Currently, Taron is spearheading the launch and management of our Channel Sales Representative team, driving growth by generating demand and pulling sales through the channel. Alongside this leadership role, he also manages a territory that spans Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Southwest Iowa, including Des Moines.

Jude Kundla

Jude Kundla has been a trusted presence in the building materials industry for years, well-known to the OCA sales team from his time with a millwork distributor in the Cleveland, Ohio market. His deep expertise and strong grassroots relationships made him a natural fit for OCA.
Jude’s extensive knowledge of building materials and his well-established network of channel partners have been instrumental in driving success across the organization. His leadership and consistent sales performance recently earned him a place on OCA’s Executive Team.
In his current role, Jude leads and mentors the Northeast sales team, helping to shape strategy and foster growth. His territory includes Western New York, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio.

Charlie Klimkowski

As Terry O’Connor transitioned into a national account development role, OCA sought a seasoned sales professional to take over his former territory—and Charlie Klimkowski was the ideal choice.
Charlie brought a distinctive background as a former business owner in the print industry, equipping him with valuable skills in budgeting, team leadership, time management, and project coordination. His capabilities in outside sales were further validated by a strong recommendation from one of OCA’s largest Midwest customers.
Beyond his print experience, Charlie also worked with a roofing, window, and siding dealer, giving him hands-on product knowledge across many of the lines OCA represents.
Charlie now manages a territory that includes Illinois, Wisconsin, Northwest Indiana, and Eastern Iowa.

Crystal Johnson joined OCA with strong endorsements from many of our customers. With well over two decades of experience across the building industry—including roles with manufacturers, dealers, and contractors—Crystal brings a deep understanding of the channel and extensive knowledge of the products we represent.
Her expertise and well-established relationships have been instrumental in driving momentum throughout the New England region.
Crystal’s territory includes Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine.

When the Indiana–Kentucky–Ohio territory became available, OCA turned to Randy Cornett—an ideal candidate with deep industry expertise.
Randy brought extensive experience as a training and education specialist for one of OCA’s key product lines. His broad product knowledge and nationwide network of building industry relationships made him an immediate asset to the OCA sales team.
Today, Randy manages a territory that includes Central to Southern Indiana, Southeast Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Dan Kaech entered the building industry shortly after earning his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University—and he’s been making an impact ever since.
His career spans both commercial and residential sectors, from managing specifications and bids with contractors, architects, and multi-family developers, to selling Jeld-Wen window and door products within the residential building channel.
Dan has recently been promoted to Regional Sales Manager. Dan currently oversees a territory that includes Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.

The Southeast United States represents major growth opportunities for the manufacturers OCA proudly supports—and Melissa Matthews is leading the charge.
A former U.S. Marine, Melissa brings over 20 years of building industry experience to OCA. She began her career as a manufacturer’s representative, where she grew her territory from $125,000 to an impressive $9.75 million in sales. Her career evolved through roles in kitchen and bath project management and contractor sales at US LBM, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry.
Melissa now oversees a dynamic territory that includes Northern Florida and the Panhandle, Alabama, and Georgia.

Andrew Mabe

Andrew Mabe brings 20 years of building industry experience to OCA. As a college student, Andrew drove a forklift for 84 Lumber and quickly advanced to their manager trainee program. Andrew spent many years managing an 84 Lumber store before moving to Raymond Building Supply and subsequently White Cap Supply.
While at White Cap Supply, Andrew increased sales by aggressively expanding his territory footprint, product markets, and previously untapped clientele. This is exactly what OCA needed for the New York/New Jersey market.
Andre Mabe’s territory includes Eastern New York, Vermont, Western Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Rob has been in the building industry his entire professional career. Rob’s vast building industry experience ranges from driving specification and bids with contractors, architects, and multi-family in the commercial sector, or selling window and door products within the residential and commercial markets. Rob’s experience as a manufacturer’s representative and his wealth of relationships built throughout the Northeast makes Rob a perfect fit for the OCA team.

James Noel V entered the building industry after earning his business degree from Mount St. Mary’s University—and he’s been driving results ever since.
He began his career with Ferguson Enterprises in Philadelphia, PA, where he revitalized a dormant territory, growing it from just a dozen accounts to over 100 by building strong relationships with multi-family, hospitality, and senior living management teams. James later expanded his expertise as a Project Manager at High Mark Construction, gaining valuable product knowledge in roofing and siding.
James now manages a territory that includes Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.

Tim Bobo’s connection to OCA spans decades through a shared history with a former manufacturer. When the opportunity emerged to expand in the Florida market, Tim was a natural choice to join the OCA team.
With a career that includes leadership roles at HB&G Building Products, Kaycan, and Nichiha, Tim brings a wealth of experience in the building industry. Prior to entering the field, he served with distinction as a Captain in the U.S. Army for 10 years, demonstrating the discipline and leadership that continue to define his professional approach.
Tim now oversees a key territory that includes Central and Southern Florida.

Julie Vedder joins OCA with a wealth of industry experience and proven leadership. Her career began in inside sales and progressed to General Manager of the Phoenix, AZ, branch at Huttig (Woodgrain Distribution), showcasing her ability to lead and grow within the building products sector.
Julie’s background includes key roles at Huttig, Northwest Factory Finishes, and Door Works, giving her deep product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the Southern California and Arizona markets. Her decades of experience make her a strategic asset as OCA continues to expand across the Southwest.
Julie’s territory includes Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada, and Southern California.

With over a decade of experience in building material sales, T.J. has built an impressive résumé through roles at Advance Millwork, Gilcrest Jewett, and Beisser Lumber. His strong ties to the Des Moines market come with a network of trusted relationships among builders and contractors.
T.J. works in close collaboration with Taron Young to accelerate growth across Iowa, Nebraska, Northern Missouri, and Southern South Dakota.

At OCA, we’re committed to continuously enhancing the support we provide to the manufacturers we represent and the customers we serve. To elevate our marketing efforts, we created a new role: Graphic Designer – Marketing Coordinator.
This position was designed to drive creative campaigns across social media, product flyers, photography, website development, and more. Jeffrey was a natural fit for the role. He holds a degree in Graphic Design from Iowa State University and brings multiple years of freelance experience that strengthens our branding, visual storytelling, print design, and digital presence.

Heather O’Connor

As OCA continues to grow and expand, the need for precise tracking of sales and revenue—by representative, manufacturer, customer, and state—became essential for strategic planning, budgeting, and goal setting.
Heather plays a key role in meeting that need. Leveraging her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, she manages OCA’s custom-built QuickBase database and produces monthly performance reports for both the executive and professional sales teams. These insights help guide territory analysis and inform strategic decisions.
In addition to her data and reporting responsibilities, Heather provides vital support to the outside sales team, handling customer service, as well as coordinating displays, samples, and literature fulfillment.
