We’re pursuing an enterprising and driven Territory Manager based in the Panhandle of Florida, seeking to unlock their earning potential through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach throughout the building industry sales channel.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Sales-driven with 3-5 years of experience in building materials sales in building materials sales
- Brings established relationships across multiple customer channels
- Knowledge of decking, railing, and siding
- Ability to travel 50-75+ nights annually
- Self-starter and a true team player who recognizes that individual performance contributes to the success of the entire organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Exceptional Time management skills
Channel Representative:
NH, ME, VT
We’re looking for an energetic, driven Channel Sales Representative who excels at selling into the building-industry channel. In this role, you’ll train, support, and sell to lumberyards, big-box retailers, contractors, architects, and a wide range of industry professionals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the building materials industry
- Self-motivated with a coachable attitude
- Exceptional sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel, including overnight trips
- Ability to operate a provided OCA-branded Company pickup truck and display trailer.
